Where the Magic Started…
I am a trained Engineer. As unbelievable as that can be, I actually studied Electronic & Electrical Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University (for context, the best University in the whole of Africa).
But I guess I prefer working with humans more than working with machines…hence why I am here.
Leaving University, I wanted to be a Movie Star because of my love for the creative arts. My first job was in the Banking industry, but I only spent two months. I then moved to an Entertainment company, before making the leap into Consulting….
I am a man of many pursuits… I am a Trainer, a Coach, a College Professor, a Conference Speaker, a Consultant, and a Rapper (watch out for my EP and hopefully, I’d catch you on a world tour soon) .
I love to read, teach, and help organizations and individuals solve complex business problems in their businesses or careers.
A Man of Many Hearts…
As a Consultant, I have worked on some of the biggest client projects with the largest consulting companies such as Deloitte and Accenture.
As a Speaker, I have given the Keynote speech and served as a Panelist and Conference Speaker for many conferences and organizations across Europe, Africa, and North America.
I have trained over 5000 professionals across Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), etc. I am usually the go-to for conferences, consulting engagements, and training.
When I am not consulting, training, coaching, or speaking and I don’t feel like reading, you will find me listening to rap music and writing rap lines :grinning:
I co-founded a Social enterprise called Helping Other People Succeed (HOPS) and have been a Guest speaker at various seminars, podcasts, etc
I also serve on the board of different organizations and colleges as:
- Program Steering Committee Member, Humber College, Toronto, Ontario
- Program Advisory Board Member, Lambton College, Mississauga, Ontario
